Students and alumni with a financial hold from Albertus Magnus College may use this form to request an official transcript for employment or military services purposes only. Effective October 1, 2023 and pursuant to Connecticut state law, Albertus Magnus College will release official transcripts for these sole purposes when a student or alumni have a financial hold.
Paper or electronic transcripts will only be released directly to a third-party address. The Office of the Registrar will confirm recipient information prior to releasing the transcript.
If you have a financial hold and require an official transcript for purposes other than employment and/or military service you will need to contact the Bursar’s Office at (203) 786-3025.
