Alumni Award Nomination Form

The Alumni of the Year Award shall be presented to a living member of the Association who has attained preeminence in his/her life through outstanding professional, scholarly, and artistic achievement; who is devoted to serving others through volunteer/community service work; or who has manifested extraordinary loyalty and dedication to the College. This award is presented annually to one undergraduate alumna/us and one graduate alumna/us.

The Premier Achievement Award shall be presented to a living member of the Association who has graduated from Albertus within the last ten years who has excelled either professionally, within the community, or shown extraordinary loyalty and dedication to the College.

Nominations must be made by alumni, faculty, or staff. Self nominations are not accepted. The deadline for submitting 2026 Alumni Award nominations is April 30, 2026.
